Post 1 - Field Service Engineer (South East Region)
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide external technical support for our products within the Midlands Area of England.
Reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager, duties will include:
- Onsite technical support
- Commissioning
- Fault finding and repairs in warranty
- Technical telephone support
- Quotations
- Product training
This role requires excellent IT, organisational and communication skills with a strong customer focus. The successful candidate should have a minimum of an Advanced City and Guilds in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent, with a minimum of two years experience in a related industry. Refrigeration experience would also be beneficial.
