Burgess House is a complex of 179 apartments near the centre of the City of Leicester. Each apartment has a NIBE ventilation and heat recovery system supplying space and water heating.
The NIBE units installed are the models 200, 300 and 410 Exhaust Air Units. Exhaust air expelled during ventilation retains the heat that it has acquired inside the building and the NIBE Fighter units use this heat before allowing it to escape, recycling it into a water and space heating system.
