Further support for renewable heat RHI and RHPP Phase2

 Greg Barker has announced further support for renewable heat in the domestic and non-domestic sectors. 

This includes details for a second phase of the Renewable Heat Premium Payment (RHPP) and further plans for the delivery of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) including a time table setting out what we intend to do and when for both the domestic and non-domestic sectors and a consultation on an interim cost control to ensure we stay within our budget for this CSR period.
