Technical Sales Engineer (South West England)
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to cover South West England.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, duties will include:
This role requires excellent IT, organisational and communication skills with a strong customer focus. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of selling and specifying products within the building services / heating sectors with a minimum of two year’s experience in a related industry.

Field Service Engineer - South-East Region
You will be maintaining the NIBE brand of products across the South East region of the UK. This home based role will primarily involve travelling to and from existing installations to carry-out warranty repairs and servicing to NIBE’s range of Ground Source, Air source and Exhaust air heat pumps. All appointments are pre-arranged by our internal customer services team.
Working closely with our Technical Manager duties will include:
The candidate must have good IT skills, including MS Office including Word & Excel, effective customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, oral and written, good literacy and numeric skills, understanding of technical specifications, excellent problem solving skills, excellent practical and technical skills.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of an Advanced City and Guilds in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent, with a minimum of two years’ experience in a related industry. Refrigeration experience would also be beneficial.
