We have a fantastic opportunity for a new staff member to join us in our fast growing company, in the exciting field of renewable energy and sustainability. The following role is defined as being a key factor in the success of our future business.
We are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator who will be based at our Head Office in Chesterfield.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, duties will include:
This role requires excellent IT, organisational and communication skills with a strong customer focus. With a genuine interest in helping and supporting the customer journey throughout, a polite and friendly attitude, the successful applicant will be able to work as part of a close knit team, whilst having the confidence to handle complaints and issues independently, remaining calm under pressure. Experience in a sales / call centre environment would be an advantage.
